Thank You!

So we have a blog!  We have gone back and forth about doing the blog thing for awhile now.  It's kept Alec up many nights... well that and his old failing liver.  But now we don't have to worry about either!  We have a blog to keep friends and family far and wide updated on how we are doing and what our favorite music is, and Alec received a new liver on April 28th, 2009!  We are so grateful to everyone that has kept us in their fasts, thoughts and prayers during these past few difficult weeks, and are happy to report that Alec is doing amazingly well and gets stronger everyday.  We love you all (as seen in the above photos) and invite you to check back with us on the blog to see how things are going.  Peace and love.

  7. The Rampton's are bloggers! I am excited that you added another dimension in keeping in touch. We have loved reading your emails, and are amazed by both of your strength. We can't wait for the time when we can see you two (three I guess) in person. We love you!

  8. I'll admit that I got teary-eyed at the whole story (I'm not kidding). Alec, I am glad I was too far away from you to hug you after reading this, cause I would have cried too hard and probably hugged too hard, too. I feel so bad for being upset that you were flaking out on our indoor games way back before I knew you were sick. This is Joey, by the way. Does that make the crying and hugging more or less unsettling? I hope less, cause you've been unsettled for too long this year. We are adding you to our blog list, for sure. We love you guys. We really do.
